Site Access & Waiting Time

Site Access
We have a duty to ensure deliveries can be made with out risk to persons or property. All customers should be aware of our, and their own, obligations to ensure this,
1. We cannot block a public highway whilst delivering.
2. Where it is requested or required that,
a. We park on or cross over a pavement area
b. We park on or cross a driveway or any other private ground off the public highway
c. We are asked to enter site via a narrow opening
d. We are asked to access site or park the delivery vehicle in any location we feel may compromise the safety of persons, property or location

We will only do so if our driver inspects the affected ground and determines that there is no associated risk. Should this be disputed then a member of our management team will be asked to attend site to make a final judgement.

Waiting Time
Often not discussed at the time of order this is a charge most producers levy when a delivery takes longer than allocated. Easimix operates a flexible policy with regard to time on site based on the information provided and requests of the client. Typically we will allow 10 minutes/m3 up to a maximum of 1 hour on site for a full load delivery. However we can also advise the client, from the information provided, of the probable delivery time needed and allow for that within our quotation. No hidden extras!
